Doorcta is the flagship Fastclinic telehealth application. It's built on top of the shared ecosystem — FastLogin for identity, FastCredits for billing, OneHealth for records — so integrating with Doorcta almost always means integrating with those layers instead.
What you can integrate with today
- Partner sign-in — your product's users sign in with their Fastclinic accounts; they bring their Doorcta consultation history with them.
- Consultation records — with patient consent, your product can read Doorcta consultation reports through OneHealth.
- Utilisation metering — Doorcta charges are visible through FastCredits for organisations that fund consultations for their members.
- Embedded consultation launch — partner apps can launch a Doorcta consultation from within their own UI, with the user signed in via FastLogin.
Standards & protocols
- Authorisation via OAuth2 tokens issued by FastLogin.
- Record access via OneHealth consent-gated APIs; every read requires a valid patient grant.
- Metered billing via FastCredits hold/capture.
- Responsible-AI guardrails are declared at the agent level and visible in every interaction's audit log.
