Building the infrastructure for modern African healthcare

Fastclinic began with a simple observation: too many patients in Nigeria were being stranded at hospitals that couldn't treat them. The referral process was broken — paper-based, slow, and often resulted in patients bouncing between facilities, losing critical time.

We set out to build a referral platform, but quickly realized the problem was much bigger. Every system was disconnected — a patient had to create a new account at every hospital, every clinic, every service. Records lived in silos. Billing was fragmented. There was no shared infrastructure connecting the healthcare ecosystem.

That insight shaped our entire approach. Instead of building yet another point solution, we built the infrastructure first: FastLogin — a single identity that works across every healthcare product. FastCredits — a universal currency that eliminates per-vendor billing. OneHealth — a secure, consent-based system where health records belong to patients, not institutions.

Today, Fastclinic is that platform — four purpose-built products forming the operating system for modern healthcare, with Doorcta as our flagship application and many more to come.
