Our commitment

FASTCLINIC LIMITED ("Fastclinic") is committed to making its public websites and core enterprise user interfaces perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with disabilities, including those who use assistive technologies. We recognise that accessible digital health tools support equitable care delivery and workforce inclusion across Nigeria and the markets we serve.

Conformance standards and scope

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA for in-scope web content and web-based applications we develop and control, except where conformance is not technically feasible or where legacy components are under scheduled replacement.

Scope includes marketing and documentation sites at fastclinic.xyz and primary workflows in the Fastclinic web application for roles such as clinical, administrative, and billing users, as prioritised in our product roadmap. Native mobile applications, PDF exports generated by customers, and heavily customised customer deployments may have separate conformance timelines described in release notes or statements of work.

Accessible features and design practices

Our design and engineering practices include, where applicable:

  • Semantic HTML structure and logical heading hierarchy;
  • Keyboard navigability and visible focus indicators for interactive controls;
  • Sufficient colour contrast for text and user interface components;
  • Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content;
  • Labels and instructions for forms, including error identification and suggestions;
  • Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow without loss of information;
  • Compatibility testing with common screen readers and browser combinations;
  • Motion reduction considerations aligned with user system preferences.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Examples may include third-party embedded widgets, user-uploaded documents without accessible source files, complex data visualisations without textual equivalents, and legacy screens pending refactor. We track these items in our internal accessibility backlog and assign remediation priorities based on severity, user impact, and contractual commitments.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier when using our digital properties or Services, please contact us at contact@fastclinic.xyzwith the subject "Accessibility Feedback." Include, if possible: the URL or screen name; a description of the issue; the assistive technology and browser in use; and whether you prefer a response by email or phone.

We acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and provide an initial assessment or request for clarification within fifteen (15) business days where further investigation is required.

Remediation plan

Confirmed defects that materially prevent access to essential functions are prioritised for remediation in line with our security and reliability release process. Where an immediate fix is not available, we will endeavour to offer a reasonable workaround (for example, alternative navigation path or export format) until a permanent solution ships.

Enterprise customers may reference accessibility expectations in their Orders; we will cooperate with reasonable accessibility audit timelines subject to scheduling and scope.

Alternative formats

Upon request, we will provide key legal, trust, and product summary documents in alternative electronic formats where readily producible, such as structured Word or plain text, to support assistive technologies. Generating Braille or large-print physical copies may require additional time and coordination.

Third-party content and integrations

Our Services may link to or embed third-party sites, maps, payment flows, or identity providers. We do not control those experiences and cannot guarantee their accessibility. We encourage vendors to meet WCAG-aligned standards and factor accessibility into integration decisions.

Testing and evaluation

We combine automated scanning tools, manual expert review, and user feedback to evaluate accessibility. Testing cadence increases around major releases. Results inform training for product and engineering teams and acceptance criteria for new components in our design system.
